I used a can of k&w block sealer on my 1990 subaru legacy to fix the head gasket. This was january of 08. It is still running grteat but I was wondering if I should use another can of k&w or something else to help keep it running.

I would start making plans to get it fixed right by a machine shop or engine rebuilder. If nothing else you'll get someone that can check for warpage on the head and or cracks in the block. Block sealer is kind of a last ditch effort before actually having to rebuild it.

That being said the want and money are two different categories. Too much of the sealer can cause more internal damage so i would wait until it shows sign of failing again before adding more. but if you plan to keep the car either go the rebuilder/ machine shop route or source another engine
